At Thistle and Spire, we want you to feel empowered and confident in your pieces; if your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and hygienic liners to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate lace and hardware are protected, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
